Master planning of 40 dwellings midst heritage trees were designed to provide lifestyle housing, fostering a sense of community. The trees became an integral part of this master plan, having its street grids configured to provide ease of access to the public space created adjacent the heritage trees. Housing stock designed for this development has accommodated the needs of families which has proved to be successful as shown by the quick sales.
