Numbers were the key success to this development and achieved with maintaining integrity to design.
In total 9 individual townhouses were designed providing pedestrian access via a common walkway to one side and vehicle access via common driveway on the opposite side.
All dwellings, which are of sizable proportions compared to others in the street, have been staggered down the allotment to provide privacy to balconies, which most cantilever over the driveway. The façade’s materiality and the staggered configuration has provided a point of difference to this project.
