With an aesthetic that tips its hat to 20th century modernism, Elegance is a contemporary and creative design that stands out in the leafy suburb of Ashburton.
Set on a corner block, these townhouses maximise the footprint with basement parking below and two stories above. Highlight features include angular canopies and balconies designed to take in the city views. The design is high-end with luxury finishes and adds to the neighborhood character. Spatially, these luxury dwellings provide for generous living around the kitchen and living areas with the expansive windows inviting in the Northern sunlight and city views. As a result of client brief, a flat roof was a prerequisite. As a result, large angled canopies help the home blend with the neighborhood while still leaving its signature the street.
