Residential building comprising five star hotel, retail and apartments meeting the demands of the community and tourism of Cowes. The façade of this iconic building plays with taped vertical and horizontal blade creating a focus point of interested drawing the public to the retail spaces
The building design presents as a 2 storey, form maintaining streetscape rhythm while the taller section of the building stands proud towards the rear bus depot and Council Civic Centre.
The design has ensured public access from the depot alongside the retail and the hotel facility through to the main road activating these spaces between the tourism and the community
